We are an organization based in Palakkad district, with a well established presence in all over Kerala State in the fields of Youth & Women Empowerment. We focus Vocational Education, Agriculture, Capacity Building, Support to Self Help Groups and Training for Competitive Exams. We began our operations in 2003 as Janani Educational & Cultural Charitable Society registered under Society registration act 1860. Our consistent quality and reliability allowed us to achieve steady growth and evolve into one step solution for vocational and skill development.
Over two decades of experience in community development we understand the needs and pulse of the community. Our youngsters lack proper guidance and skills to exploit the opportunities in the society. In Janani, we aim to bridge the gap between the youngsters and opportunities around them for their self development as wells as community development. Our Janani Community Development Program (JCDP) and training programs are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) the vision of the Government of India for overall development.

Founder
Ms Priya Ramakrishnan(National Youth Awardee Govt. of India)
Ms. Priya Ramakrishnan is well known social worker and a self-motivated young woman is the pioneer, visionary & founder of this Organization. She have completed her Masters in Social Work She is a National Youth Award winner in the year 2006-07 from our Honourable President Shri. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. She is a humanitarian who has served her entire life for the welfare and development of downtrodden. She has successfully organized several programs and schemes particularly for the development of minorities and marginalized groups.

Chief Executive Director
Mrs Gissa JomonMrs Gissa Jomon is an educationist by profession and a well known Social Worker having more than 20 years of experience developmental activities and resource mobilization. She decorates various positions different nongovernmental organizations. She has directed a large number of training and orientation programs for community development.
